• Paint work — initial coats done, final phase ongoing
• Lift installation — 70% complete
• Firefighting system — 90% complete

TAB Central’s full 8-floor structure is now complete. Here’s where things stand:

• Plumbing & electrical provisions complete up to 4th Floor
• Floor PCC complete up to 2nd Floor
• All 8 staircases complete

Next up: Plaster on upper floors, mumty & parapet walls, AC copper piping, firefighting, and electrical/plumbing for remaining floors.

STATUS: Early Structure Phase — Moving Fast

ONE84 TAB is our newest launch in Garden Town, offering 30 luxury apartments built to a higher spec. Ground work is solid:
